Lala Faiz
Vice President
Lala brings two decades of experience building and financing early-stage companies and working with governments and corporations to design and execute innovation programs, financing strategies, and catalytic capital financing instruments.
Lala comes to Quantified Ventures from DAI Capital, where she led strategy across the capital advisory and asset management practices and founded the DAI Magister Academy to provide curated advisory services to pre-Series A cleantech and fintech companies in Africa and Europe. Prior to that, she co-founded a climate tech venture building firm. As a Foreign Service Officer, she served as Senior Partnerships Advisor to Secretary of State Clinton, pioneered USAID’s first Grand Challenges for Development and created its first global blended finance instrument that mobilized $1.5B of private investment into the sustainable development goals.
Lala loves the first signs of spring, water, hanging out with her family, dabbling in organic gardening, swimming, dancing, and exploring.
