Solutions
Community Finance
Our Community Finance team of municipal finance, water sector, and Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) experts helps communities understand and meet the complex compliance requirements of U.S. EPA funding and financing programs. We have a proven track record of helping communities – particularly under-resourced communities – and partners leverage public resources to achieve water infrastructure improvement goals.
Natural Climate Solutions
We protect, manage, and restore ecosystems for the benefit of nature, people, and communities. Our Natural Climate Solutions team works to connect climate investments to innovative conservation, watershed, forest, and land use projects by leveraging ecosystem markets, blended capital stacks, and outcomes-based models. We support projects from concept to implementation to long-term operations and leverage funding and financing to expand the market for ecosystem services and natural climate solutions.
Green Banks and Climate Resilience
Investing in environmental infrastructure is investing in climate. Our Green Banks and Climate Resilience team works with green banks, state resilience offices, public financing agencies, and other similar organizations to drive climate funding into environmental infrastructure. We help partners identify investable pipelines of environmental infrastructure projects and structure financing programs to flow capital into projects efficiently and effectively.
Outdoor Recreation
Our Outdoor Recreation team delivers comprehensive business planning, funding, financing, and governance strategies for the development and sustainable management of outdoor recreation infrastructure to benefit climate and communities. QV outdoor recreation solutions help to address economic development opportunities, improve public health, build local community capacity, and increase climate resilience.
