Bob Fitch
Finance Director
Bob joins Quantified Ventures with experience in managing the finances of the State of Vermont’s State Revolving Fund Loan Program (SRF) along with governmental and non-profit auditing experience. He has focused on business process improvement and increasing efficiencies of SRF financing, driven to fund more projects and maintain regulatory compliance.
Bob began his accounting career as an auditor of local municipalities, performing financial and single audits before joining the State of Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) in 2017. His role at DEC expanded quickly, moving from closing out existing SRF loans to overseeing the entire SRF portfolio. During his tenure at DEC, Bob was the lead business project developer in several large-scale process improvement projects while simultaneously administering the expansion of the SRF program. These expansions included the State of Vermont Act 185 which introduced natural infrastructure funding to the SRF program, as well as American Rescue Plan Act and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, both of which vastly increased the scope and utilization of the SRF program.
He and his spouse reside near Montpelier, VT, with their two young children and array of farm animals. Bob spent eight years as the treasurer of his local recreation board where he still volunteers his time as the founder / administrator / coach of a youth lacrosse program. When he’s not on the lacrosse field, he loves to spend time with his feet in the dirt - gardening, hiking, or running around the yard with his kids.
